Michael Kheng CBii- Head of Centre
Michael has been involved in the Licensed trade for over 20 years and is one of the directors of Kurnia. Kurnia currently operate 7 licensed premises which enables Michael to be well qualified in the day to day running of premises as well as the legal side. Michael is a Companion member of the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII), Association Licensed Multiple Retailers (ALMR), British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) and the Institute of Licensing.
Sara Nelson ABii - Examination Officer
Sara joined Kurnia in 2000 and is the centres examination officer and centre contact. She is an Affiliated member of the BII and started in the licensed trade over 10 years ago. Sara normally invigilates the examinations on behalf of Kurnia.

Neil is also a nominated tutor for Lincoln College. Neil assisting in ARAR, NCPLH and DPS training.

Richard has recently become a trainer with Kurnia bringing his wealth of experience and expertise in regard to drugs to deliver the BIIAB National Certificate for Drugs Awareness. Richard also has a successful company advising in drugs policies, drugs screening as well as training.

Paul Gilliatt ABii - Nominated Tutor
•Paul has over 25 years experience in the Licensing Trade. He started as an operator in 1981 before joining Ansell’s (Carlsberg UK) in 1990. In his time with Carlsberg Paul worked in all areas of the trade including; Free Trade, National Retail, Take Home Sales and Marketing. Paul is also now a Senior National Account Manager for Pernod Ricard UK.
