Premises Licences

the application form on your behalf
Work with your architects to ensure your plans are correct
Ensure the application and copies are served on the correct parties
Place the advert correctly for you in your local newspaper (In The Lincoln / East Lincolnshire region save you money as the cost of an advert can be over £120, with Kurnia we pass on the savings we have negotiated bringing the cost of the advert down, in most cases, to £50 plus vat)
Supply notices to be displayed on your premises
Liaise and try to resolve any representations
Track your application through the key stages
If you wish to provide any Licensable Activities you will need to have a Premises Licence in place.
Licensable Activities are:
The sale of alcohol by retail (A DPS who holds a valid Personal Licence has to be appointed if the Sale of Alcohol is included)
The supply of alcohol in club premises
The provision of late-night refreshment
Required for the supply of hot food or hot drink to members of the public between 11.00pm and 5.00am
The provision of Regulated Entertainment. The Regulated Entertainments are:
Performance of a play
Exhibition of a film
Indoor Sporting Event
Boxing or Wrestling entertainment
Performances of live music (and similar)
Playing of recorded music (and similar)
Performance of Dance (and similar)
Provision of facilities for making music and dancing and similar
