This qualification has been constructed to provide established licensees, with the opportunity to develop their skills and refresh their knowledge. The course is also of great benefit those new to running, or looking to run, a pub. It provides an overview of the essential skills and knowledge needed to run a successful pub business. Our specialists cover finance, stock control, employment law, business management, customer service, cellar and kitchen management, wine and health and safety.

Also covered are the systems you need to put in place, the questions you need to ask yourself and the decisions you need to make to determine the direction of your future. Included is a tour of the Brewery.
